Theresa Yakich, PhD, BCBA-D
Vice President of Clinic Operations
Dr. Theresa Yakich is the Vice President of Clinic Operations for Comprehensive Autism Care and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Doctoral level.
For almost 25 years, Theresa has been providing behavior analytic services within the educational, community, and clinical settings to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs.
Theresa’s research interests include parent and staff training, and her work is published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about CAC’s role in promoting the practice of integrated care in the local New Mexico community, bringing together talented practitioners, and helping families access care for their children.
Valerie Rogers, PhD, BCBA-D
Executive Clinical Director
Dr. Valerie Rogers is the Executive Clinical Director for Comprehensive Autism Care. She serves as President of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) Board of Directors and previously chaired the Professional Standards Committee. She earned her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2011 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2008. Dr. Rogers began her career in behavior analysis at Western Michigan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology through the Lee Honors College.
With extensive clinical experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities, Dr. Rogers specializes in evidence-based behavior-analytic interventions that promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. In addition to her clinical leadership, she has contributed to the field through research, peer-reviewed publications, and presentations at national and regional conferences. Her research interests include ABA clinical outcomes, telepractice, response variability, and executive functioning, and she has served as a guest reviewer for several behavior-analytic journal
Sherie Terranova
Operations Director
Sherie Terranova is Comprehensive Autism Care’s Operations Director. She has been in practice management for over 20 years.
She started managing operations by becoming a practice manager for a veterinary hospital before making her way to ABA Therapy in 2011.
She loves being an integral part of a growing company and has a passionate commitment to first-rate client care.
Sherie thrives by supporting CAC’s wonderful staff who make a difference in the lives of the exceptional children at our centers.
Courtney Cranford
Human Resource Director
Courtney Cranford is the Human Resources Director at Comprehensive Autism Care. She has been with the company since 2019, holding several clinical and administrative support positions before transitioning to HR Director in 2024.
She is driven by passion for connecting the organizational mission with employee experience, building a strong workplace culture, and aligning company initiatives with employee voices.
Courtney spends her free time exploring Colorado with her spouse and two dogs, reading, and finding new thrift shops.
